Buyer must inspect their entire order upon receipt. I must be notified of damages due to shipping or otherwise within 48 hrs to process a claim. Email me immediately at info@charmedceramics.com with a description of the damages (Including photos) so that I may contact your shipping carrier.
Kayla Kirk of Charmed Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

No, all sales of handmade goods are final.
